Faced with multiple tools required for the management of IT ecosystems and because of their lack of relative interoperability, we offer to build the tool which will provide:
  • helpdesk,
  • maintenance management,
  • asset management,
  • hypervision,
  • business processes monitoring,
  • and finally our ecosystem supervision module.

The different modules, listed above, will guarantee you a perfect view of indicators mandatory to manage this ecosystem like TCO of hardware, availability rates, customer satisfaction and so on.

The architecture used for this product is based on a totally revolutionary conception of the IT ecosystem management approach. That is to say, a global modeling of this ecosystem using DMTF CIM specification. This model will be the foundation for a perfect interoperability between the different management modules.

Furthermore, and in a constant care of respecting IT standards, the project development is based on iterative engineering (Agile software development), using UML formalism, developed using Eclipse IDE and advanced Java technologies. Rich client application will provide you nice and ergonomic use, accessible to everyone.

This project's goals are ambitious but not unrealistic. Agile development dynamic, CIM extension flexibility and clear UML diagrams will help anyone who wish it to integrate our - motivated but not impatient - team, bring their vision and contribution in a rigorous management of the project.
