Here is a list of actions you can take when you have a problem using EscapeK :

Check the documentation

Browse available documentations to see if your problem is not already known and a solution may exists in some article.

Search the user forum

A user forum is available on this website. This forum has a section dedicated to user support. Search messages history to see if someone didn't already have the same problem, you may find an answer there.

Ask the forum

If none of your search was successful, open a new thread on the forum and describes (with details) tour problem. Our community will be helpful.

Submit an issue

If it turns out that there is indeed something wrong with EscapeK, you should report it to our issue management system JIRA. First of all you need to create an account in JIRA. This is so that we can communicate with you while we work together on the issue. Go here to create an account if you don't already have one.

Note: For issue, bug tracking and project management EscapeK uses JIRA. Thanks to Atlassian for having offered a free non-profit license.
